TALLERES DE AUTOCONOCIMIENTO PARA LA MUJER

Los meses de Septiembre a Diciembre del 2010 organizado por la delegación de la mujer del ayuntamiento de Marbella. Dirigido a mujeres del municipio y usuarias de la delegación para estimular su autoestima, mejorar el intercambio social y fomentar la comunicación.

Yo impartí dos talleres: que han sido una experiencia personal muy especial poder compartir este conocimiento ancestral para tener una mejor calidad de vida.

1- AROMATERAPIA: Un taller donde se aprendió que el aceite esencial es e” EL ALMA DE LA PLANTA” HABLAMOS DE el químico francés René-Maurice Gatteffose, conocido como el padre de la aromaterapia. Se hizo un recorrido desde la extracción del aceite esencial hasta como aprender a utilizarlo. Así se puede decir que en este taller se aprendió hacer mezclas personalizadas y poder así convertirnos en “ALQUIMISTAS DEL SIGLO XXI.

2- PLANTAS MEDICINALES:
"EN LA NATURALEZA HAY UN REMEDIO PARA TODAS Y CADA UNA DE LAS ENFERMEDADES..." Hipócrates
Considerado el padre de la medicina, otorga extrema importancia a la medicina preventiva y, dentro de esta, las plantas juegan un papel muy importante, hasta el punto que se considera el autor del siguiente aforismo: " Deja que la comida sea tu medicina y tu medicina tu comida.
Siguiendo este criterio estudiamos plantas útiles para el diario vivir y como mantener el cuerpo mente y espíritu sanos. Como mezclar diferentes plantas para obtener una infusión exquisita y personalizada.

"DESCUBRIMIENTO DE UN NUEVO PLANETA”
Mercurio, Venus, Tierra, Marte, Júpiter, Saturno, Urano, Neptuno, Plutón y Sedna. Astronómicamente ya se hizo oficial el descubrimiento del décimo planeta del Sistema Solar, el cuerpo celeste más lejano al Sol y de un tamaño muy similar a Plutón.
Este nuevo planeta fue bautizado como Sedna en honor a la diosa del mar de los pueblos inuit, habitantes esquimales del Norte de Canadá y Groenlandia, dama de las profundidades del mar y de las emociones humanas.

He querido investigar el porqué? de su nombre y esta es mi opinión:

Las creencias de los Inuit nos dan que pensar y tomar conciencia. Son seres muy conectados con la naturaleza. Integran la espiritualidad dentro de sus actividades diarias. La tierra y los animales están unidos no sólo físicamente, sino también ética y espiritualmente, ya que todos forman parte del mismo universo moral. Estos pueblos han desarrollado una visión metafísica de la naturaleza, donde la armonía con el espacio es un elemento fundamental para sobrevivir.
Esto puede ser lo que estábamos esperando. Tomar conciencia y retomar las antiguas tradiciones para volver a encontrar el equilibrio con la naturaleza y el respeto hacia nuestros semejantes y hacia nuestro planeta.

Sedna Diosa del mar: Según la creencia Inuit fue una mujer sufrida, maltratada, traicionada, victima, abandonada pero sobrevivió a toda esa adversidad y se convirtió en Diosa y es generosa con los pescadores que respetan el mar.
Pienso que Sedna representa a la mujer actual que lucha y que después de muchos siglos de estar a la sombra del hombre esta alcanzado su sitio de Diosa. Como ser fértil y espiritual dador de vida con profundo amor. Compañera de lucha y supervivencia. Que con su intuición y creatividad y sabiduría está ayudando a transformar la conciencia para vivir en igualdad y armonía. Caminando con su compañero de vida y juntos mirando hacia la misma dirección. Este descubrimiento nos da que pensar de todo el conocimiento que nos dejaron las antiguas culturas.

It is not a change from an evolutionary stadium to other one, but, that is a JUMP of Dimension to other one, by it he Is Named A Quantum jump , because in the previous evolutionary changes of the Human Being, always it remained with his DNA on the basis of the Element Carbon, and in this Third Dimension, now there comes the change of his DNA to the Element SILICON, or a BASED of the CRYSTAL of Quartz, or the DNA Crystal, and if they are fixed in a Periodic Table of the Chemical Elements, they will see that of the Element Carbon to the element Silicon, there is an EIGHT STEPS, or A HIGHER OCTAVE ..... Coincidence?, NOT, it is a Causality, because it has a cause and Effect.
A Quantum jump, it happens when the atom suffers a Modification, due to "external" Forces, which "force” To mutate internally.
